– never drink water or milk right after eating fruits especially fruits which have high Vitamin C because getting diarrhea easily. We must wait at least 15 minutes or more after eating.

– clean all vegetables before cooking. Wash them through water. If homegrown vegetables, wash them in dissolved salt and water; this help a lot in removing dirt easily…
